The Personal Helpers and Mentors Program supports people who are recovering from mental illness.
It offers people the opportunity to improve relationships with family and friends and to get involved with their local community. It can also connect people to other useful services and provide some practical help.
Who is it for?
This service provides support to people recovering from severe, long-term mental illness. It is for people 16 years and over.
Where is the service available?
Anglicare run this service in Greater Hobart, Sorell, the Tasman Peninsula, Brighton, the Lower Midlands and the Central Highlands.
