Recovery is a one-to-one support program for people recovering from mental illness.
How can it help?
It is based on strengths and focused on recovery. We support you to set personal goals and put strategies in place to achieve them.
The program varies from person to person because we understand that everyone's recovery journey is unique. It may include:
- cooking
- shopping
- catching public transport
- study or skills training
- budgeting
- making new friends
- boundary setting
- maintaining a tenancy
- self esteem training
- finding a job
- getting involved in a community activity
We can also link you with people in other services who can provide advice and support.
