Pathways

Pathways offers people with a mental illness the opportunity to participate in a range of activities and make new friends. Pathways aims to build self-confidence in an encouraging and supportive environment.

Who is it for?

Pathways is for people 18 and over who have a diagnosed mental illness. 

What does it provide?

At Pathways, people can:

  • develop new skills
  • make friends
  • participate in social, recreational and educational acitvities
  • accomplish personal goals

Pathways participants meet regularly to plan group activities. These free activities include outings into the community, BBQs, nature walks and gentle exercise

When and where is it?

Pathways is held in Launceston.
It happens Monday to Friday between 10 am and 3 pm.
