  • Theresa's Story

Pathways in Launceston offers people with a mental illness the opportunity to participate in a range of activities and make new friends. Theresa wants others to know that there is 'light at the end of the tunnel'.

    “When I became ill, everything changed overnight.  It was like being put in a box and the lid suddenly shut”. That is how young Tasmanian, Toulei describes the mental illness which made her feel afraid to leave her bedroom.
  • Taz Kids stories
    Fun at camp!   Taz Kids Clubs are for young people aged 7-17 who have a parent or relative with a mental illness.    We also run Champs Camps in the school holidays.    These clubs and camps provide friendly, safe places where kids can have fun, ask questions and get answers and support.
