This program provides practical support to people with a disability who are living independently. This support can include assistance with household tasks and/or personal care.
Who is it for?
People who have a disability but need only a small amount of support each week to remain living at home.
How can this service help?
This program provides a range of different services including:
Personal Care (statewide service) - things like bathing, toileting, dressing, eating and personal grooming.
Domestic assistance (statewide service) - household tasks such as washing and ironing, help with shopping, transport to appointments, cleaning, general support with paying bills and making phone calls.
Respite care (North-west only) - Assists carers by providing a 'relief' carer.

There is a fee for this service.
