Reconnect supports young people in north-west Tasmania to reconcile with their families. Where appropriate, it can also help young people to look at options for education, training, work and community activities.

Reconnect is for 12-18 year olds.
How can this service help?
It can provide:
- one-on-one counselling and support
- mediation between the young person and their family
- support and encouragement
- opportunities to get involved with education, training, work and community activities
