Anglicare Tasmania Acquired Injury and Home Support Service The Anglicare Tasmania Acquired Injury and Home Support Service provides care and support to people with acquired brain or spinal injuries or other disabilities.   Community Aged Care Packages (CACPS) Providing in-home care for the frail aged in the north-west.   Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH) Providing in-home personal support, registered nursing care, care by allied health professionals and social support services.   Independent Living Program The Independent Living Program is for people with disabilities who live independently.   Shared Homes Program The Shared Homes Program provides accommodation for adults with intellectual disabilities.
