Family Mental Health Support Service provides support for families and carers of people affected by mental illness. The service offers information, workshops and referrals, support planning and skill development.
Personal Helper and Mentors Service provides community based support for people affected by severe and persistent mental illness in the Sorell and Tasman Peninsula areas are Brighton, Lower Midlands and Central Highlands.
Respite Services offers recreational and in-home support for carers of people with a mental illness. Planned, centre-based care is provided in the north-west.
Towards a model of supported community housing (TAMOSCH) provides medium to long-term, supported, for people recovering from a mental illness living in the community.
