No Scaredy Cats Parenting Course

Parenting course to help reduce anxiety and build resilience in children

Learn how to reduce anxiety and build resilience skills in children 2-12 years old.

In this FREE 3-Session program designed for parents and carers, you will learn:

  • How the brain works
  • To manage your child’s worries
  • To identify commonly misused phrases by children
  • To manage risk
  • To implement questioning strategies
  • To use mindfulness exercises.

 

 

The No Scaredy Cats program is delivered by Anglicare out of 159 Collins Street, Hobart 7000.

Morning sessions run from 10.00am to 12.30pm.
Evening sessions run from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
