Consumer Engagement at Anglicare

Anglicare works in partnership with people who use services.

Embedding Engagement in Anglicare Services 2015-2017 is a strategic plan to help Anglicare Tasmania to build a culture of respectful engagement and work together to improve services.

The strategies in the plan are based on ideas put forward by people who use services and Anglicare Tasmania staff.

The key goals of the plan are:

  • To be consistently purposeful and clear in how we engage with each person who uses our services;
  • To support and encourage everyone to share what they know and learn from each other; and
  • To measure the outcomes of purposeful engagement in meaningful and valuable ways.
