A large home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Prospect Vale offers its residents privacy among the many communal areas. The kitchen is highly functional with a separate breakfast nook. The living area and communal outdoor entertaining area are spacious. Each bedroom features built-ins and residents are invited to decorate their rooms as they wish. There is also a small staff office for administrative tasks and sleep overs.

This vacancy would suit a male between the ages of 40-65 who enjoys spending time with others and taking part in household activities. Current tenants living in the house range between the ages of 40-65. There are currently three males who all enjoy being social and taking part in community and group activities of their choice. The current tenants enjoy browsing magazines, board games and contributing to household tasks.

Each resident pays $313.53 in fortnightly rent.

Each resident contributes an additional $300 per fortnight for groceries, utilities and other general shared expenses.
