Anglicare Tasmania submission in response to Permanency Framework Discussion Paper

Social Action and Research Centre Submission

Anglicare Tasmania welcomes the opportunity to contribute to the development of such a significant and foundational framework for our most vulnerable children and young people in Tasmania. We support the framework’s intention; however, to deliver such outcomes, the framework will need to be more than simply legislative architecture. It will need to develop a coherent network of legal, policy, program and practice settings. Anglicare is providing some overarching comments to guide the scope, development and approach for a future Tasmanian Permanency Framework.
