Given the scale of the reform occurring in the water and sewerage industry, it is important to monitor the impacts of those reforms on disadvantaged and vulnerable customers. Anglicare urged that the range of performance measures for the industry be widened to include reporting on issues such as reminder notices, disconnections, late payment fees and debts. This would be similar to what is already done in the electricity industry.
