Tasmanian Food Access Research Coalition (TFARC) Research Report

Identifying barriers and enablers to food security in two different Tasmanian settings was the focus of this collaborative research. Research tools were developed that can used for complementary research in other areas. These include ways of assessing the availability, cost and quality of a healthy range of foods for various household types. The report makes recommendations about how residents of all areas can have affordable access to sufficient and appropriate nutritious food.
