SMART Recovery Meetings

Self-Management and Recovery Training (SMART) is a program offering a supportive environment for people to achieve their goals related to alcohol, drug use, gambling, hoarding or other behaviours of concern.

The meetings are guided by trained professionals and last between 60-90 minutes.

The meetings follow the same format each time:

  • Check-in (how has your previous week been?)
  • Discussion
  • Sharing Solutions
  • Checkout (your plan for next seven days)

SMART meetings are currently provided in Tasmania by Anglicare in person and online.  If you are interested in attending a SMART meeting and our days and times don’t suit you, please let us know by emailing smart@anglicare-tas.org.au or call us on 1800 243 232.
