Youth & Family Preservation Program (YFPP)

Are you a young person who is currently or at risk of becoming homeless?

The Youth & Family Preservation Program (YFPP) supports young people to create a safe living environment and strengthen their relationships with parents and caregivers. We will explore strategies, work through challenges and support you and your family or relatives to stabilise your living situation.

How we can help 

  • we will listen to what you need
  • we will work with you to explore safe housing options
  • we will work with anyone that you want involved – we call this your support team
  • we can support you to work through any relationship challenges – we call this mediation/conflict resolution.
