Anglicare Tasmania is a proud facilitating partner of the Communities for Children (CfC) initiative in Launceston and the Tamar Valley.
CfC is based on a national social movement insisting that a positive future is the birth right of every child, not just the fortunate few.
By working together, all children in Launceston and the Tamar Valley can be:
Local non-Government Community Partners to deliver programs that nurture children and families to trust, engage and thrive.
Supported participation in programs and committees helps build skills and confidence of community members. Solutions and resources emerge and community ownership is integral.
We value add by contributing to events and activities for children within our footprint areas, by providing resources, time and promotion through our networks. Aiming to create a collaborative approach between stakeholders and service providers within the community.
