Older Tasmanians are experiencing increasing housing insecurity – and the underlying cause is a lack of affordable and appropriate housing.

This policy brief sets out actions to ensure housing supply meets current and projected needs, enable older people to ‘age in place’ in their community, and to improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing.
